Ingredient: 
Clam Base
Garlic, crushed
Egg Yolks, pasteurized
Lemon juice
Dijon Mustard
Warm Water (room temp)
Whole Grain Mustard
Canola Oil
Salt
Black Pepper, Ground
Tabasco
Apple sauce
Method: 
  1. Combine Garlic, egg yolks, Dijon and lemon juice in bowl of Robo coupe
  2. Once combined, slowly drizzle olive oil until mayonnaise forms.
  3. Adjust consistency as necessary with warm water
  4. Add salt, tabasco, whole grain mustard, and apple sauce

Note: To make large batches repeat recipe as necessary
