Cranberry Apple Relish

Ingredient: 
Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Whole oranges, cut in eighths
Whole lemons, cut in eighths
Apple slices, peeled; canned or fresh
Granulated sugar
Method: 
  1. Cut oranges and lemons into eighths. Grind on coarse setting – include rinds.
  2. Open bags of cranberries and grind on course setting.
  3. Combine oranges, lemons and cranberries.
  4. Add sugar. Mix well.
