Sugar, Granulated
Soy sauce
Clam juice
Stock, Chicken
Stock, Beef
Garlic, Chopped
Ginger, Chopped
Spice, Red Pepper Flakes
Cornstarch
Cranberries, Frozen
Apple, Fresh Chopped
Method: 
  1. In a sauce pot, sweat apples. Cranberries, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add stocks, clam juice, and soy sauce, and sugar simmer 15 minutes
  3. Make slurry with cornstarch and water
  4. Thicken to proper sauce consistency
  5. Strain through chinois
