Ingredient: 
Raspberry preserves, seeds removed
Vinegar, Red Wine
Vinegar, Raspberry
Mustard, Dijon
Sugar, Granulated
Oil, Canola
Salt
Method: 

1. Strain seeds of preserves through a chinos
2. In blender combine preserves, vinegars, sugar, and Dijon mustard
3. Slowly add oil to emulsify
4. Season with salt to taste
